Fresher's Tube - an upcoming portal exclusively for Fresher's. We are a company based out of Gurgaon founded by a group of technocrats who have diversified experience in different domains (I.T, Telecom and Manufacturing). Fresher's tube is an initiative taken up by the founders to make sure that the hardships faced in searching for the first job should be minimum and by the time a student passes out of his/her college, he/she should be already prepared to face any kind of interviews (face-to-face, Telephonic and Group Discussion). Fresher's Tube will be providing the following unique services to the colleges/students and companies which tie-up with us and the icing on the cake is that it's completely free for everyone.
FOR COLLEGES:
- Fresher's Database creation and maintenance: We will help the colleges that have tied up with us in setting up and maintaining a database of 6th and 8th semester students in a proper format which is required by the companies. We will be sharing this database with the companies so that as and when any job opening comes up those companies can directly get in touch with the candidates who fulfill the job requirements.
- Alumni database: We will also build alumni database of the colleges so that the colleges can keep a track of its former students and college can reach out to those students and take their valuable inputs and suggestions on inviting various companies to their campus.
- Campus Placement Drive: Fresher's tube will be instrumental in bringing the companies to the campuses of the colleges that have tied-up with us. We will assist the Placement Cell of various colleges in reaching out to a large number of companies and also assist in improving the visibility of the respective colleges so that they can stand out from the crowd because we all know that the number of colleges in India is increasing every year and every college wants the best companies to visit their campus.
- Training cum Workshop: We strongly believe in "Excellence is an art won by training and habituation" - Aristotle. Fresher's tube conducts one/two days training cum workshop for Final year as well as Pre-final year students.During these workshops we will train and guide the students in building resumes which are company specific and domain specific because resume is the first interface of the job seeker with his/her prospective employer.These workshops equip students with the necessary skills to face any kind of job interviews in their own fields. FOR STUDENTS:
- Database: FreshersTube will collect the data of the students from the college , the portal and share it with companies and help them to get placed.
- Alumni Database: FreshersTube will share the Alumni database with the students which in turn can prove beneficial to the students in terms of guidelines and inputs which they can get from the Alumni of their college in terms of job search.
- Campus Placements: FreshersTube will share the student database with the companies and convince them to visit the respective colleges for campus placements.
- Job listings on web portal: Everyday FreshersTube will update new job listings for the fresher's with the respective contact details of the company.
- Email Job alerts: All the job listings that will appear on FreshersTube will be sent to the Registered Users (Free Registration) via email.
- SMS Job alerts: As SMS is the fastest way to communicate, so FreshersTube will be sending all the new job listings that appear on our portal to its Registered Users (Free/Paid) through SMS.
- Training/Workshop: Fresher's tube conducts one/two days training cum workshop for Final year as well as Pre-final year registered students (Paid Registration). During these workshops we will train and guide the students in building resumes which are company specific and domain specific. These workshops equip students with the necessary skills to face any kind of job interviews in their own fields and also how to build a professional network which in turn helps them in securing good jobs.
FOR COMPANIES:
- Free Registration: Any company can register with FreshersTube free of cost for Job postings and accessing the Student Database.
- Free Job Postings: Companies can post as many jobs as they want free of cost on FreshersTube.
- Assisting in Campus Placements: FreshersTube is having a big database of the students of various colleges. So we can assist the companies when they go for campus placements and that too free of cost.
- Student Database: In case of urgent requirements FreshersTube can share the student data with the companies from which the companies can filter out the candidates as per their requirements which will help the company in completing the hiring process in a short span of time.
